The design of this knife is great for people with wrist and hand problems, that’s why I bought it. I have sharper knives than this, although it’s still sharp. It looks like a guy’s knife with the racing colors, not crazy about that. I would have preferred a black handle, but bought it anyway because of it’s ergonomic design.

OK, so Guy Fieri is cool and so are his knives. I love pulling them out and having people comment on them as much as I like using them.

I’m a chef in training and I cut vegetables for hours when I’m at culinary school. This knife is eye catching and I get comments in the kitchen from other chefs that like the flashy design. It is also comfortable to hold and the blade cuts through vegetables with ease. Guy Fieri has been coming out with all kinds of merchandise. I don’t think I would ever buy his sunglasses, but I can recommend this knife.

This was a gift for my husbands birthday that he had been asking for. He absolutely loves it!! It is very sharp and cuts everything so easily.

I really like these knives. I am used to wood handled knives and these are ceramic and metal. I did find them very slippery if they got wet at all. Cuts great, look great, holds a good edge, ergonomically exceptional, just a slippery handle.
