We purchased this set about 6 months ago. They are sharp enough although not great. The shortcoming for these knives is the blade is not rigid enough so they will torque a bit as you try to cut any thing substantial (like a slab of cheese). If we were to make this purchase over we’d look for a little stronger (thicker?) blade. For the $$ they are just fine but I’d rather have spent the extra money to get better ones.

This set of knives was purchased as a gift. It was a good value for the cost. I was looking for knives with good reviews for cutting, quality, and durability. I was also looking for a set that was dishwasher safe. I don’t have feedback on how well the knives perform.

I purchased this set of steak knives, adding to a the JA Henckel knife set that I already had. They were a perfect match and a good deal for the money.

I was looking for good cheap steak knives to replace some old dull ones and these met that task.

These steak knives have less metal in them than I was expecting making the knive feel light in my hand as well as making the knife blade flexible (it will twist slightly). The grip of the steak knives are straight therefore they are not ergonomic. The plastic in the grip is made with a lightweight plastic as well. On the good side, these knives are sharp and cut meat well. They are serrated and need no sharpening. They work well on meat products but not well on very soft or stiff plant food products.
