This knife slices perfect thin or thick slices of tomato with no seeds and juice squashing out of the tomato. The knife is silicone-coated and cannot be scrubbed with anything abrasive. It cleans easily with soap and warm water. Drying it and placing it back into its holder will protect the cutting edge. I had bought one knife for me and then purchased 4 more to give as gifts. Fabulous!

Normally I don’t go in for serrated knives, but with tomatoes and onions the normal steel knives seem to dull so quickly. I’ve had this knife for 3 years and it has been fantastic. It still cuts very well, and I have never done anything to sharpen it!
