I ordered this knife and it appeared the tip was broken off – I subsequently returned it for a replacement and I found the same flaw in the replacement. I feel a filet knife needs a sharp tip to be effective.

There’s nothing fancy about this knife. It’s sharp and gets the job done. The handle could be better, but it’s not a big deal. It cuts and does it very well.

This is an excellent knife. The blade is thin, flexible and sharp. It is excellent for cutting many things, including juicy tomatoes.
