This knife was great, perfect size, seems to have the right hardness, it keeps its shape for realistic performance.

This is good as a sparring knife. It’s rigid enough that slashing and stabbing give some pain to the receiver so they respect it, yet flexible enough that it won’t injure the receiver.

I use this for Krav Maga. I’m a civilian, so this knife is a little long for my purposes. That is unless I run into an angry crocodile dundee knife carrying gangster in some shady back ally.

With daily use, these hold up. No breaking, bending, or cracking. Only issue is the safety issue about it’s
hardness. It’s great for doing weapon training, but be careful when doing ground techniques. These will not bend.
If you are on the ground you can really hurt your partner. You will not kill them, so that’s the point of a
training knife, but soft knife is better for beginning ground.
You should also wear goggles when training knife. We use Horse Riding Goggles.

I really like this practice knife. It has the right size and grip. It’s sturdy enough to make it feel like a real knife yet flexible enough that it won’t hurt if you or partner gets tagged.
The only thing is I wish the knife is a bit heavier. It feels rather light. SOmetimes when I do drills or forms it doesn’t feel like holding a real knife.
